Great to have launched my new company this week, Art Of Personal Best.

My mission is this – to work with organisations to unlock human potential, reduce attrition and drive high performance.

The problem statement we address targets the huge cost of staff attrition, disengaged teams and lack of leadership development that we see across the corporate space.

Employee turnover costs can be 1.5–2× salary per departure, and soft costs of attrition (lost productivity, morale, institutional knowledge) often cause greater damage over time.

Staff turnover risk is now at its highest in nearly a decade, and 42% of turnover is considered preventable but often goes unaddressed.
